Please see our available long term rentals and complete the online rental application if you’re interested in a property.

Once the information is submitted, we’ll be notified immediately. A $50 application fee is required before the application can be processed, which may be paid by cash, check or credit card.

As part of the application process, you’ll receive an email from Transunion/Buildium requesting approval to run the credit report/criminal background check. Once the request is approved, we’ll receive the reports. After verifying employment/income and previous rental/ownership history, we’ll meet to sign the lease and collect the security deposit (normally equal to 1 month’s rent) to reserve the property.
